Click & collect

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–2 business days if all items are in stock. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID; we may also ask to verify the card used for payment. If someone else will collect your order, please contact us first.

Delivery within Australia

We deliver within Australia only. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within one business day. Standard shipping is $12.95 for orders under $100, and free for orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $25. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Some products are available for collection only; checkout will show the options for your order. We use Australia Post and reputable couriers.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within WA and 4–7 business days interstate. These are estimates, and carrier delays can occur. If an item is unavailable or dispatch will be delayed, we’ll contact you about the next step.
